Constitution and Rules
Cripley Meadow is a designated Allotment Site owned by Oxford City Council. The Allotment Association has a 21 year lease from Oxford City Council and is self governing. It is managed by an Executive Committee which is elected annually by the membership at the AGM. See the Constitution and Rules. The committee meets regularly. The dates are posted on the web site in 'dates for your dairy' and on the noticeboard along with working party dates.
We have policies on Health and Safety, Environmental Sustainability and Equal Opportunities. All members are asked to ensure they are aware of this supplementary information to our rules.
The 2009-2010 Officers and Trustees are
Wendy Skinner Smith - Chair, John Sivell -Vice Chair, Sheila Allen - Secretary and Alison Campbell - Treasurer
Tony Clear, Alex Hollingsworth, Jamie Forbes, Gabrielle Topliss, Cathy Ferreira and Aja Hansen are Committee Members
The trustees/officers and committee members were elected unopposed and make up the Executive Committee who are charged with managing the site.
